What does the MSc in Strategic Leadership offer?

Strong leadership is vital to organisational success, yet it remains one of the biggest skills gaps facing UK employers. As workplace expectations evolve at pace, investing in your own strategic leadership capability is one of the most effective ways to stay ahead.  Helping you remain adaptable, influential, and aligned with the demands of modern leadership.

Building these skills not only strengthens organisational culture, retention, and resilience, but also empowers growth with confidence, capability to tackle complex challenges, as well as enabling meaningful impact.

The MSc in Strategic Leadership is a part‑time professional programme for people who want to advance their strategic leadership skills while continuing to progress in their careers. Delivered through short, face‑to‑face block release in Loughborough alongside flexible online learning, it offers a practical, applied learning experience.

Learners join an open, cross‑sector cohort, expanding their professional network and learning alongside peers from a wide range of industries.
Who is the programme designed for?

"The programme has given me the knowledge of how effectively run an organisation and the moving parts it needs to be successful. I’ve grown as a person, gained the confidence to try new things, to push and challenge myself on what I can achieve."
