A free webinar hosted by BSA Associate,

Join us for a live virtual roundtable, hosted by Parliament Hill with panellists from No1 CopperPot Credit Union and 1st Class Credit Union, exploring how credit unions and Ó£ÌÒɬ¸£Àû¼§ can connect with younger generations and secure their place in the future financial landscape.

With Gen Z turning to digital-first banks and fintechs, mutuals face a clear challenge: how to modernise their offer without losing the trust, purpose and community values that define them. Traditional engagement approaches are no longer enough to attract or retain younger members.

This session will look at how organisations can adapt through digital transformation, benefit-led engagement and authentic communication to build loyalty and relevance with the next generation.

We will also explore the cultural and behavioural factors shaping Gen Z’s choices, and what mutuals can learn from successful youth-first brands.

To keep things lively, the session will include audience contributions and an open discussion with our panellists, making it a collaborative space to share ideas and challenges.

This event will cover:

  • What Gen Z expects from financial services and how mutuals can respond.
  • How digital journeys and benefits platforms can strengthen member engagement.
  • Ways to balance modernisation with the core values of trust, purpose and community.
